Life is a number game Birth-while you state the date Live-while you state the age Death-hence they say Ryan Gray (1933-1988).

You food has a price Your breathe makes it thrice. Play-forth you blame a dice ‘Pon you glories and cries That to you might suffice.

You grow well to play Another gamble at school’s bay That runs on the fees you pay Tell you what pages to stay, And earn by the numbers you lay.

‘Whats your phone number?’ ‘Whats your PIN number?’ ‘What’s your street number?’ ‘What’s your house number?’ ‘I’m sorry I forgot your name.’

Life is a number game You can mock and call it insane But in truth it remains the same And it’s like a cram It just a big sham.
